פרח, אך אף אחד לא ראה או שמע...
אף אחד לא ראה או שמע, לא ראה או שמע.
בעלי כותרתו, צבעם אדמוני,
אף אחד לא נגע, אף אחד לא נגע.
אבקתו הזהובה חיוניות מצופה,
נוצצת חיים, בדבש עטופה.
אך זה הצוף מרוחק הוא היה;
לדבורים לא היתה כל גישה.
מממלכת העננים, פיה צבעונית
מהופנטת היתה מיופיו המרהיב.
את לוטוס הזהב היא חיבקה אל חייקה,
ועפה משם, אף אחד לא ידע.
